At IET Inc, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to learn more about our process.
Shipping Locations
Shipping Disclaimer - This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Iowa, California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Iowa, Alaska, Hawaii, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maryland, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Oklahoma.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
- All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times and availability will be displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be available for several days. While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, IET Inc does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
IET Inc is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For additional assistance, reach out to customer support via email at ietincgroup@gmail.com.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Submit your inquiry along with your order number and photos of the damaged items to ietincgroup@gmail.com and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
